System One is Hiring a Project Manager Near Warrendale, PA

System One is currently seeking a Project Manager for an industry-leading client in the Warrendale, PA area.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage multi-discipline engineering, procurement and construction projects ($10M – $100M), Front-End Loading (FEL) opportunities, and/or Engineering and Procurement (E-P) contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to solve problems, make improvements for our clients, allocate resources, and manage project budgets, schedules and deliverables.
  • Maintain and track monthly cost reports.
  • Review and approve invoices.
  • Interact with clients, convey client/project needs to the engineering staff, and lead project meetings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Manage subcontractors (i.e. request for quote preparation, contracting, construction sequencing, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals/cost estimates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalency.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager, with renewable natural gas, liquified natural gas, or refinery industry experience.
  • Experience managing projects with values ranging from $10M to $100M
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
