Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

Duties:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in quality control
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality systems
- Fabricate quality inspection methods and tools to enhance product quality

Skills:

- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven lab experience
- Proficient in developing and implementing quality systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Pay: $44,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
