2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production, including troubleshooting, regular preventive maintenance and equipment modification.

Repairs to industrial gearbox assemblies including bearing and seal replacements as well as gear and shaft replacements

Repairing, rebuilding, or replacing hydraulic and pneumatic pumps and/or motors

Diagnostics of electrical circuitry in 24v/120v/220v and 480v AC and DC electrical systems

Diagnostics and set up of variable frequency and variable speed drives

Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams and schematics

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be self-motivated, well-organized and team oriented. Must also willing to work overtime when necessary.

Education / Work Experience:

High school diploma (preferred)

2 years of demonstrated industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or machine shop (or a combination of skilled trade education and work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
