Title: Machine Operator

Millwood Incorporated is looking for full time Machine Operators at our Lordstown production manufacturing. Millwood is one of the country’s leaders in pallet manufacturing and unit load design

Responsibilities:

• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to keep up with production needs and have a good work ethic.
• Must be able to safely operate power equipment, hand tools (e.g., various wood cutting saws, forklifts, drills, pneumatic nail and staple guns), pallet jacks, etc.
• Will be responsible for maintaining machines and keeping a clean work environment.
• Must maintain reporting records on daily production sheets and be able to assist in inventory counting.
• Load and unload rolls of paper as needed
• Setup glue area
• Set cutter
• Set offset (2×2 - 1x3 2.5×2.5 - 2×3 3×3 - 2×4)
• Set the caliper for final thickness
• Ability to read a tape measure and caliper

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Salary: From $16.00 per hour $1 Safety/Housekeeping bonus
