Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building by greeting, communicating and welcoming all guests and team members
- Answers and directs all incoming calls to the correct department and/or team member
- Assist, as needed, in reserving Conference Rooms at HQSC on Microsoft Outlook calendar
- Handles all HQSC fleet car reservations
- Maintains visitor list
- Ensure that the customer needs are met
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the company
- Various duties as assigned
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Pleasant and strong voice
- A professional, courteous and positive image
- Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess strong organizational skills
- Strong communication, time management and listening skills
- Must be a team player and maintain good relationships with fellow AVI team members
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve during high demand situations.
