In the role of Finance Analyst, you'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial reporting, aiding in month-end close processes, and crafting financial forecasts. Your duties encompass supporting audits, conducting reconciliations, and assisting departmental managers with budgeting and financial analysis. Additionally, you'll contribute to process enhancements and offer support for special projects as necessary.

Principal Activities:

  • Prepare and evaluate financial statements and operational metrics.
  • Effectively communicate performance outcomes to local management teams.
  • Support POC activities and conduct margin analyses.
  • Aid in crafting annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Monitor and predict headcount requirements.
  • Generate periodic cash flow forecasts and reports.
  • Provide financial assistance for site enhancement projects.
  • Assist in developing processes to ensure compliance.
  • Offer financial support for Sales and Operations endeavors.
  • Assist in ensuring CAS compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proactive self-starter with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with adept presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess with a penchant for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with integrated ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
  • Capability to identify operational issues and analyze variances.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of professional experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and technical accounting.
  • Previous experience in a large, multinational corporate manufacturing setting is advantageous.

Other:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
