Walton, KY | Full-Time Position

Job Description:

Sets up all production lines and performs repairs and adjustments on all manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct line setup and changeovers for all production runs
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical maintenance issues
• Monitor performance of equipment throughout the day
• Maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Make equipment improvement recommendations
• Assist facilities with side work i.e. hanging equipment, paint, concrete, dry wall repair etc.
• Work in accordance with all safety regulations and Best Sanitizers sop’s and work instructions.
• All other duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years prior maintenance experience in manufacturing setting
• Thorough documentation and written communication skills
• Ability to interact and work with team members
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime when needed
• Must have proven mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reach and lift overhead
• Crouch and lift from floor level
• Ability to work in an elevated work area
• Operate a forklift
• Walk and stand up to 95%
• Work in temperatures between 50° F to 85° F

PPE Required:

• Respirator, over boots, dust mask, glasses/goggles, face shield, gloves, apron when near open product, cleaning chemical spills
• Steel toe or composite toe safety shoes with electrical hazard rating

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)

Salary: $18.00 and up, depending on experience
