Robert Half is Hiring a Programmer Analyst Near Waltham, MA

DescriptionRobert Half is seeking a survey programmer for a market research and consulting firm in the Burlington, MA area. This position offers a collaborative and exciting work environment where you can combine market research knowledge with survey programming skills.
Responsibilities Include
  • Develop and program quantitative surveys using industry-standard platforms (currently CMix, transitioning to Decipher/Forsta).
  • Collaborate with client service teams and other programmers on survey design.
  • Ensure quality control through testing, data checking, and error-free skipping and rotation logic.
  • Maintain a library of survey templates and develop tools for knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to a team environment by offering creative solutions, efficiency improvements, and new best practices.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date by attending industry events and training courses.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Experience programming market research surveys or contributing to market research projects.
  • 2 years of experience with survey programming platforms (Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, CMix, Survey Monkey)
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS; JavaScript a plus).
  • Ability to learn new software and programming languages quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Team player who can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a passion for programming and a desire to learn independently.
