Associate Director / Director - Biostatistics

Our client is seeking a Associate Director/Director, Biostatistics to join their growing team. This person will be responsible to lead, develop, and implement statistical analyses to support the early development clinical trials, support researches on experimental design and statistical approaches and scientific standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead biostatistician, overseeing all statistical aspects of clinical studies.
• Develop statistical protocols and analysis plans for clinical trials, contributing to various documents and reports.
• Analyze and interpret diverse data using standard statistical software.
• Provide expertise on study design, methodology, and sample size considerations.
• Ensure trials adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain statistical rigor.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in statistics or related field with 6 years industry experience, or Master's degree with 8 years industry experience as a biostatistician in Biotech, Pharma, or Regulatory agencies
• Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques for analyzing and summarizing clinical and scientific data.
• Ability to create graphical data displays and apply statistical methodologies to research.
• Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research, study design, and pharmacokinetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills a must
