Summary
A hospital in the Walla Walla area is searching for a permanent Nurse Manager, Emergency Services to join their team. The Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Emergency Services.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of patient care services for the Emergency Department
- Provides mentorship, leadership and clinical education to all staff in the department
- Supports quality improvement and quality assurance
- Supervises staff training and orientation
- Ensures staffing levels are met
- Completed other operational responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required (current students will be considered)
- 3 years of nursing experience in emergency services
- 2 years of charge or supervisory experience
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- BLS
- Medical, dental and vision insurance
