Position: Manager Surgical Services
This role takes charge of the day-to-day operation of operating rooms and the cardiac surgical unit. The responsibilities include ensuring quality patient care, establishing clinical standards, meeting staffing requirements, budget planning, policy maintenance, and active participation in quality improvement activities. Current knowledge in clinical issues and trends is essential, and timely intervention in patient, family, and physician matters is expected. Additionally, this position assesses, plans, and evaluates orientation and education requirements.

Shift Details:
Full time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour Day Shift
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
3 years of experience in surgical services as a clinical caregiver.
2 years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
ACLS and PALS upon hire.
AORN certification upon hire.
