Located in the West Valley at 200th Ave & Olive Ave adjacent to the entrance of the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, The Corral at White Tank Ranch is an outdoor restaurant & bar open Fri, Sat & Sun for lunch & dinner featuring live, local music and serving burgers, brats, beers and more with the most spectacular views of the mountains, breathtaking sunsets and city lights at night. A very special venue for those who enjoy Arizona’s beautiful outdoors.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes inspired by the flavors of the desert
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of culinary creations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Embrace the opportunity to experiment with local ingredients and unique recipes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook
- Passion for working with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
