Aditi Consulting is Hiring an Engineering Aide Near Waco, TX
- CI Cards, Standard work Updates (Tool changes, Images, Engineering changes, process changes, etc) Kitting instructions, Standard work Audits, Time studies, Rack labeling and organization.
- Assist with new product builds and clean up.
- Manages Tools and supplies in tool crib, this includes inventory, general cleanliness, and organization.
- SFMEA/PFMEA, Tooling/fixturing -click wrenches, back up tooling, small CI type fixturing, Attends meetings, note taking, support IRA counts, 5S support.
- Highschool Diploma Minimum Some Engineering schooling Required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Print reading, Teamcenter, Autocad 2D/3D, 3D Modeling/spatial reasoning.
- Technical Writing skills (Work instruction creation) Geneo, General tooling knowledge, Excel (Formulas, graphs, pivot tables, X lookups) SAP Exposure.
- Nice to have Assembly knowledge.
- Communication, Teamwork, Problem solving, Organization, Time management.
