Maintenance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of (3) years related work experience with basic facilities
- Paying $31 per hour; depending on experience.
- Will conduct Preventative Maintenance on critical equipment
- Safely connect maintenance and repairs to plumbing, hvac, and other systems along with some patch and paint work.
- Will also handle such tasks as generator runs, replacing ceiling tiles, changing out light bulbs, and other general maintenance tasks.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of (3) years related work experience with basic facilities
