We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Manager for our inflatable rental company - Inflatafun rentals . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our rental operations, including inventory management, customer service, delivery coordination, and team leadership. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory of inflatable rentals, including inflatables, generators, and accessories.

2. Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with customers, ensuring timely and accurate service.

3. Inspect equipment for damages and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

4. Operate heavy-duty equipment such as dollies to transport and set up inflatables, tables or chairs at event locations.

5. Drive trucks with trailers to deliver rental equipment to customer sites.

6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

8. Collaborate well with other team member

9. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, optimizing space utilization and safety protocols.

10. Perform administrative tasks such as processing rental contracts, invoices, and payments accurately.

Experience:

- Physically fit and ability to work all day on feet moving heavy objects

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100lbs) using physical strength and equipment such as heavy-duty dollies.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving trucks with trailers preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for inflatable equipment is desirable.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
