LHH is Hiring a System Support Specialist Near Voorhees, NJ
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an experienced Systems Support Professional to join their team.
This position is full-time onsite Monday-Friday. Rotating on-call weekend hours are required after the training period. The on-call hours are remote and flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving issues related to data management systems including iManage
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Providing telephone and help desk support
Requirements:
- 2 years of software systems support in a law firm setting required
- College degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of legal document management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience.
