Job Summary:

The CNC Operator will be required to interpret engineer drawings in order to fabricate the body work for aluminum and steel signs and ATMs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interpret shop drawings to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, size of material, equipment to be used.

• Ensure that all corporate safety procedures for personnel and equipment in department are followed.

• Responsible for organization that meets all OSHA, UL Standards and Fire Code Regulations.

• Ensure that all hazmat’s are kept in accordance with EPA Standards.

• Maintain all equipment properly.

• Maintains established production schedules so that all customer orders are shipped within the time frame established by corporate policy.

• Maintain communication with CNC Cutting Lead in a timely manner.

• Interpret shop drawings and cut sheets to ensure that all work meets approved drawings.

• Ability to operate forklift and safely load/unload trucks and handle materials.

Job Specifications:

· Education Requirement: The applicant should have a High School Diploma or GED.

· Experience: 3-5 years of CNC Operations. Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

· Computer Skills.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a manufacturing shop.
