LanceSoft Inc is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Virginia, VA
- Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Manages program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation and assignments. Develops and manages user acceptance criteria.
- Assists in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations
- Interacts with users, other portfolios, and vendors for full life cycle of project
- Troubleshoots, coordinates, and maintains production systems/programs/applications.
- Produces scheduled and ad hoc reports as necessary. Monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Assists in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking
- Provides user support and coordinates resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed
- Develops use cases and functional specifications and coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well integrated.
- Transitions product support to systems operations.
- Manages technology vendor relationships, including contract execution and scope definition.
- Manage and participate in testing activities, to refine and debug programs, and obtain required user acceptance documentation.
- Would like to have skills with contract review and subscriptions.
