A Robert Half client is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Recruiter in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role involves assisting the management team with various recruitment and selection activities, as well as on-boarding and employee relations. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to contribute to various recruiting, diversity, and HR projects. Bilingual Spanish/English is a MUST. Based in Elk Grove Village. Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management team to meet staffing needs

• Create and post job advertisements to various sources

• Screen applicants for suitability and job fit

• Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment assessments

• Assist with on-boarding of new employees

• Address and resolve any employee relations issues

• Participate in various recruiting, diversity, and HR-related projects

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes

• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding

• Use Spanish Language skills when necessary in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in HR recruiting

Proficient in hiring processes

Familiar with ATS

Experience in full-cycle recruiting

Spanish language skills are a must
