One of the largest and fastest growing automotive groups in Texas is looking for a Service Department Leader who will coach, develop, and inspire their team to become their best. Service Sales Manager with a proven track record of growth while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Runs an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, achievement of all service level targets, and cost controls.
- Recruits, interviews, and hires all service department staff.
- Implements strong processes and procedures, then trains and coaches daily on their performance.
- Strives for teamwork within the department and harmony with all departments.
- Conduct meetings with managers and other team members to identify potential service issues.
- Sets department objectives and team members goals. Keeps all team members updated on their performance and goal accomplishments.
- Monitors and controls all warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Works with other upper management to develop, plan and implement dealership wide goals, objectives, and other operational planning.
Qualifications:
- Service Director experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
