JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Confirm the problem and determine a short-term action plan with the facility management and supplier.
Ensure the manufacturing operations can continue operations without detrimental impact to the process from a quality perspective.
Manage the Root Cause Corrective Action Plan and all other supplier related quality issues.
Responsible and accountable for managing supplier-related quality issues relating to product production, Pre-Service or V.E.H.R (0 Hour) and Warranty (Processing and component returns).
Initiate supplier driven containment activity to ensure that production velocity is not impacted and drive permanent corrective action plans with suppliers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of computer skills such as Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good human relationship skills are required to develop a collaborative working relationship with team members inside and outside.
- Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem-solving tools.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask workload as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.20 - $23.12 per hour
