We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician with a broad range of expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across multiple store locations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair services on various equipment, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical systems.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance.

Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Communicate with Facilities Director to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to store operations.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and clear driving record.

Work location is any of our existing or future locations.
