Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Infant/ Walker Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for nurturing young minds.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Develop and follow a daily schedule that meets the physical and emotional needs of each child
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Provide positive guidance and support to children in their care
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preschool teaching, nannying, or daycare settings preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Understanding of early childhood education principles
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
- Experience working with students on childhood development milestones
- Comfortable managing a classroom environment
