Beautiful office in Ventura looking for an Experienced Office Manager!

We are looking for high performers with experience in managing and building teams. You must have great customer service and work well under fast environments and stay calm under pressure. Duties that this position includes are below.

If you do not have experience in management but are an excellent treatment coordinator we also encourage you to also apply!

Responsibilities:

  • - Manage and oversee daily office operations
  • -Schedule productively looking at opportunities on the schedule
  • - Present Treatment plans/Provide patients with financing options to close TX
  • - Oversee monthly budget for office expenses (office supplies, labs, orders)
  • -Obtain insurance breakdowns and eligibility for pts/properly enter in patients file
  • - Post rendered treatment
  • -30/60/90 (Aging report)
  • - Assist new and existing patients schedule appointments
  • - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
  • - Assist in Developing and implement office policies and procedures
  • - Coordinate and schedule office team meetings
  • - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (OSHA & HIPPA)
  • - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a dental Office Manager
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
