We are hiring an insurance Customer Service Rep!
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Contact and qualify prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances.
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close the sale.
· Support role for Insurance Producers, confirm changes to client, follow-up for receipt of endorsements, verify their accuracy and deliver to the client with appropriate correspondence.
· Participate in basic client services such as issuing Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, and Auto ID Cards.
· Process various documents such as changes, cancellations, and reinstatements.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Willingness to further professional development through insurance course
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
· Competency with Internet, Microsoft office, and other insurance technology knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook]

MUST HAVE A 440 or 220 FLORIDA INSURANCE LICENSE TO APPLY
