There is a Sign-On Bonus $10,000 to be paid out through the year. Also, there is a retention bonus $1500 from 2/1/2024 to 7/1/24.

Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
Must have a current RN/LPN license from the State of Missouri.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the nursing process in administering resident care.
Must utilize good assessment skills and techniques in determining resident needs.

Must understand the importance of and practice good team building skills among coworkers.
Must conduct oneself in a mature, positive and professional manner.
