We are seeking an intermediate Paralegal in our Vancouver office to work with a generalist solicitor to support our growing and dynamic Indigenous Practice group. The preferred candidate will have experience with corporations/LP structuring & restructuring, transactional work, real estate & leasing, contract drafting, minute books and M&A work.
An ideal candidate is someone with experience in corporate/commercial/real estate law who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is focused on achieving results.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $94,000 per annum, dependent on individual experience.
