Weekend DAY or NIGHT shift (Fri - Sun) 32 hours with full-time pay

Join Ingenics Logistics Yard Coordinator at our customer site in Vance, Alabama. This role requires quick problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with the logistics teams, ensuring seamless operations from the factory to delivery centers. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with logistics yard team and dispatch, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive understanding of yard processes and dispatch systems.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Manage lane flow efficiently, utilizing provided tools to facilitate vehicle movement as required.
• Conduct yard inventories as necessary, maintaining accurate tracking of all vehicles.
• Foster strong performance with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Generate statistical or detailed reports for stakeholders and identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide assistance to the yard team in vehicle movement as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Yard Management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and other database systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale plans and adapt to sudden changes.
