Shift and Compensation

• Shift : 3rd shift-12 hr shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week with the possibility of OT Fridays every other week
• Pay is $20.70

Job Duties

• Ensure machine set up accurately to schedule and maintain quality of product to process sheet.
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with team members and other management personnel in an ethical manner and following the rules / guidelines in a consistent manner.
• Performs general duties, including training, communicating with team members, and housekeeping.
• Assists with troubleshooting work related problems by trying to identify the source of the problem, applying personal experience, interaction with peers, supervision, or engineering to help resolve issues.
• Communicates with Supervision any processes that are not functioning properly, supplies needed, additional support needed for start ups / repairs to ensure activities are conducted in a timely manner.
• Suggests improvements in work methods and procedures by brainstorming with others to develop alternatives.
• Ensure quality issues are communicated to Supervision and quality personnel and work with team / support personnel for corrective actions.
• Performs quality checks verifying standards are maintained.
• Documents quality data.
• Monitors material / equipment to ensure quality is maintained.
• Completes PM / TPM requirements.

Background Profile

Education and / or Experience :

High School Diploma or GED.

Language Skills :

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to utilize basic mathematics including calculating percentages.
