Heat Wagon is growing! We are looking for a vibrant, detailed oriented Sales Support Administrator. Heat Wagon manufactures, assemblies, and distributes portable & temporary heating/cooling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Order processing.
- Verifying stock, availability.
- Releasing orders in our ERP.
- Billing, invoicing, and commissions processing.
- Ensuring proper pricing, and discounts, are in our ERP.
- Cost and gross margin data analysis.
- Sales reports for sales management, and executive leadership.
- Answering phones, and directing to proper channels. Some inside sales work.
- Managing online portals for national accounts.
- Managing rental fleet paperwork, and invoicing.
- Monitoring multiple e-mail accounts.
Qualifications
- Computer confidence.
- Microsoft excel experience. Pivot tables/charts, Power query, data analysis, if not experienced with this, a willingness to learn.
- Minor accounting experience.
- Ability to multi task.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment at times.
- Ability to be cross trained and help other departments.
- Experience in construction equipment/rental field beneficial, but not required.
