Highlands Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is Hiring a Food service director Near Valley, PA

Highlands RHC is looking for a Full Time Food Service Director.

Job Includes but not limited to :

  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staff to cover shifts.
  • Train, coach, evaluate, reward, and when necessary, discipline employees.
  • Manage and monitor budgets and revenue services.
  • Assure safe receiving, storage, preparation, and service of food.
  • Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation.
  • Participate in Resident Care Plan Meetings and QAPI Program.
  • Attend Resident Food Council Meetings
  • Support Registered Dietitian duties as needed.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word

Requirements :

  • 1 Year experience in food service management in skilled nursing setting.
  • Evening and weekend availability as needed.
  • Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
