A recognized healthcare network in Westchester County is looking to add a Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join their team at one of their facilities. In this role, the Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) will be responsible for providing direct clinical behavioral health services to patients of all ages as well as clinical supervision with the goal of improving health and wellness outcomes.
About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in clinical supervision of staff, input on performance evaluations including staff development and training
• Review clinical records to ensure compliance with regulations for services and reimbursement
• Facilitate quality assurance and utilization / peer review
• Assist in the preparation for all program audits
• Participate in the establishment and fostering of community/provider relationships
• Participate in agency management and planning activities, including program and policy development
• Assess, diagnose and triage patients to appropriate services, both within and outside organization
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.
• Current NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with providing Clinical Services to children and families
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Solid assessment and documentation skills

• Experience in a Healthcare setting
