Summary:

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling components and products while also ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards. You must be able to work in fast-paced environments and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

An assembler is primarily capable of performing assemblies, usually putting parts together following instructions from a blueprint or assembly manual. Assembly work is typically a manual process. You may be putting pieces together by hand or using various hand tools. So manual dexterity is a plus. Fine motor control, strong hand, and eye coordination are also helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams

* Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

* Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality

* Align components and adjust clearances to ensure proper fit

* Utilize measuring equipment and gauges to ensure proper assembly

* Follow safety protocols at all times

* Maintain accurate inventory records

* Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies

* Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly issues

* Communicate with co-workers and supervisors

* Other duties as assigned.

* Demonstrated experience as an Assembler

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

* Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts

* Ability to lift and move heavy objects

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

* Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

* Ability to identify potential safety hazards

* Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot

* Ability to maintain accurate production records

* Ability to use basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Educational Qualification:

* High school diploma or equivalent
