Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM

Position Responsibilities :

• Research and compare suppliers, goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels and determining purchasing needs
• Request cost proposals and negotiating contracts and prices
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
• Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging and

processing

• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
• Perform regular stock checks and reporting any issues to Supervisor
• Compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items
• Update inventory with received items
• Other items as necessary and assigned by the manager

Requirements :

• 3 years of purchasing / inventory control experience
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized, have documentation skills and a self-starter
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Proficient in CRM and inventory management software programs
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume

environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
