We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Seneca Place! The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to Resident inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Handle resident issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
