Contract: 13 Weeks
Confirmed Hour: 40 hours
Schedule: Days/Evens
Location: 1650 Champlin Ave, Utica, NY 13502

We do have positions in Webster, NY/ Rochester, NY

Pay package: -
For Local: $40/hr on W2

Breakdown amount for Travel pay would be like
Traveler Rate: $45/hr
Weekly Gross: $1802 = Stipend: $1162/week (Non-Taxable) Taxable : $640/week

Required:

• BLS from AHA
• Covid Card
• LPN License in state of NY.

• Long term care

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
