Sales Management Trainee

Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in an evolving industry. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of our business in order to run their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training.
On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development.
Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Restaurant / Hospitality experience
