Job Responsibilities
- 6-7 years of full Payroll processing experience
- Paylocity or Paycom experience preferred
- Experience with processing payroll for 600 multi-state employees
- Software implementation experience (preferred, not required)
- Excel experience required
- Review timesheet posting, labor distribution, and payroll submission
- Maintain corporate payroll records
- Payroll tax, including filing monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll tax returns in manual and electronic format, in addition to Federal and State taxes biweekly and monthly
- Create financial management reports
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting (or related field) - Preferred
- 6-7 years of Payroll experience
- Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) required
- Paylocity or Paycom preferred
- Sage Intacct experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Willing to commute 5x/week to Bethesda, MD
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
