JOB SUMMARY :
Provide customers with information regarding University financial policies and procedures and accounting / cashier support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Contact vendors with inquiries.
Request check to replenish petty cash when necessary.
Prepare monthly receipts for University Police to use for reconciliation. Working knowledge of financial aid programs and procedures.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED :
General supervision is received from the Customer Service Coordinator and other office Administrative Professionals as assigned.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED :
Supervise student workers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience in cashiering and bookkeeping.
