We are looking for a Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. The Lead Maintenance will also be responsible for managing the maintenance staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform regular inspections of all equipment and systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
• Train and supervise other maintenance personnel.
• Order necessary parts and supplies to maintain equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform HVAC Repairs and Installations
• Work Order Completion and Make-ready

Must have at least 5 years experience. Bilingual a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
• Maintenance: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Electrical License (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Required)
