Implicitly Management is looking for two self-motivated Maintenance Technician's.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and order parts as needed to complete work orders as well as handling the budget as needed.
• Repair maintenance issues which included, but not limited to, minor A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Be able to effectively communicate with the property manager on a daily basis.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, door frames and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches and window glass.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, which include unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
• Promptly respond to requests for emergency repairs.
• Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklists for make-ready.
• Assist with trash outs as needed.
• Be comfortable being on the on-call rotation.

.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year general maintenance or property experience
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience.
