SUMMARY:
Oversees and directs the operations of the different Outlets such as Restaurant, Room Service, Club Lounge, Beverage Bars and Coffee Bar to ensure that the operation and growth of all outlets is effective and profitable.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have experience working in a Union Shop environment. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to learn quickly, to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Have strong interpersonal skills, to work as part of a team and ability to build professional relationships.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to clearly and precisely relay information about hotel and outlets to guests in English, both written and verbal form. Ability to read and understand requests from different departments and guests.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of currency and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk and hear. Occasional pushing, pulling,stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and crawling. May lift or move up to 10-15 pounds on a daily basis and occasionally lift and/or move up to up to 30 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
