- General IT helpdesk functions
- Initial setup of new users and equipment
- Ensuring all hardware is accessible via remote management software
- Troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware/software issues
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) support
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Documenting related systems, processes, and procedures
- Keeping an updated inventory of IT assets
- Administering employee training for IT hardware and software
- Experience with the following is desired, though not required:
- SQL / PowerShell scripting
- TCP/IP transmission
- WAN/LAN
- VPN configuration
- VLAN technologies
- Server Virtualization
- Microsoft 365 apps
- Windows Active Directory
- Email and server technologies
- Network security standards
- Domain setup, including loading servers/workstations from scratch
- Employment Type: Perm / Direct-Hire
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Olive Branch, MS
- Target Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience
