Alliance Recruiting is now hiring a part time SEO Specialist / Manager in the Sacramento office. We are looking for an Expert in this field. This is full time position at a leading home services company in the Sacramento Region.
Responsible for advancing the company’s Digital and SEO program by leading and executing strategies in the specialized area of Technical SEO, Site Audit, Local, and SEO Analytics and reporting. Accountable for optimizing the company’s websites for Google, Bing, and other search engines through organic search, for Company various websites to be added as growth indicates. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience working on a large-scale home service or B2B website or agency equivalence with regional and national exposure and coordination with third parties.

Who You Are
Our Company is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to champion search engine optimization efforts for the Website. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both content optimization and technical SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve our website's search engine rankings. You will work closely with the content and development team to ensure that SEO best practices are followed, and that the website is optimized for both users and search engines.

What You Will Work On
· Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that leverages both keyword optimization and technical SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
· Grow the number of keywords ranking in the top 10 positions of a search engine results page.
· Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value, relevant keywords for content across the website.
· Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content targeting high-priority keywords and perform content decay and cannibalization analysis to support future content efforts.
· Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the website is built with SEO best practices in mind, including responsive design and fast load times.
· Monitor the website's technical SEO performance, including site load times, meta tags, schema, canonical and crawlability, and identify and resolve any technical issues that may be impacting search engine rankings.
· Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and adapt the SEO strategy as needed to ensure continued success.
· Analyze and report on website traffic and search engine rankings on a regular basis, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, and SEMrush.
· Work with cross-functional teams, including content, Performance Marketing, and Social, to ensure that all stakeholders have visibility into SEO goals.
· Perform other related duties as needed.
