Kokomo24/7® is Hiring a Paid Media Manager Near Northbrook, IL

Kokomo24/7® is looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage paid ads on digital channels including search and social. 

Responsibilities include managing paid ads, conducting keyword research, participating in go-to-market strategy, and reporting outcomes clearly to the broader team. 

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience with paid media and digital marketing. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, and other search platforms for Kokomo24/7®. 
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. 
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists and search terms. 
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad design ideas. 
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms. 
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. 
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives across multiple brands. 
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives. 
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. 
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance. 
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. 
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to team and executives on project development, timelines, and results. 
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet company goals. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC). 
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Semrush, and more. 
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, etc.) and Social Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different markets. 
  • Google Ads certification a plus. 
  • Priority given to candidates based in the Chicagoland area.
