The primary duties of this job will be able to perform the duties of the Miller and Flour Mill Loader as well as some maintenance as needed.

The primary duties of the Flour Mill Loader will be transferring flour from the mill to the load out area. This will include collecting samples for the lab to analyze, completing all necessary paperwork, sealing all hatches, hoses and transfers points and performing regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used.

The primary duties of the Miller job will include setting up, monitoring and adjusting milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals.

Other duties will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment and transferring of finished flour to storage.

Areas of responsibility will include the flour mill and the cleaning house, as well as overseeing Team Member safety.

The schedule for this job will be primarily 1st shift but you will work some 2nd shift hours and weekends to cover for vacations, etc.

Requirements of a successful Flour Mill Operator :

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
• For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and / or verbal instructions in English
• Organized individual who can plan
• Reliable transportation to and from the mill

• This job can be physically strenuous
• You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces
• You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
• You will be required to wear PPE
