Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled (3pm to 11pm) Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in phone systems and front desk operations.

Duties:
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations following hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hotel is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and operating phone systems
- Knowledge of front desk and hospitality operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
