Physical Therapist Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in our senior living facility. As a Physical Therapist , you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our residents by providing personalized therapy services to enhance mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Provide hands-on therapy and utilize modalities as needed to address specific needs and goals.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques for continued progress and independence.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
