What you will contribute:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CRM Director to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. With at least 10 years of experience in CRM leadership roles, the CRM Director will play a key role in optimizing our customer experience and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and customer-centric goals.
  • Envision and execute customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for data management, including data collection, cleansing, and analysis, to drive actionable insights and improve customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Loyalty, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM initiatives across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM software and technology platforms to support CRM initiatives and enhance the customer experience, with a focus on leveraging CRM capabilities to drive loyalty program engagement and retention.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM programs and initiatives, and regularly report on performance to head of Loyalty and CRM.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM and customer experience management and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing CRM strategies and initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of CRM principles, practices, and technologies, including CRM software platforms, data analytics, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data, derive actionable insights, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Salary:

Anticipated Base Pay: $120K - $150K participation in our annual bonus plan.
