Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves
- Process customer transactions efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in electronics sales is a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to drive sales through product knowledge
